Plan Your Visit

You’ll need a valid ID for events with age restrictions, and to drink alcohol. Any of these will get you in: 

• A state-issued ID or driver’s license

• Current US Government or military ID

• An official passport

We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the venue.  And no, you won’t get a refund.

You can’t bring in:

• ​​Alcohol

• Animals (except service animals)

• Bags that do not meet our bag policy (No larger than 12” x 12” x 6”)

• Balloons

• Cans

• Chairs of ANY kind

• Chains 

• Food - No outside food or beverages

• Fireworks

• Glass containers 

• Illegal drugs/substances

• Laser pointers

• Noisemakers

• Posters

• Pop-up tents (includes parking lots)

• Portable Chargers

• Spiked jewelry

• Umbrellas with a steel or metal point

• Weapons of any kind (including mace)

Please note: the venue reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to these protocols to ensure the safety of the tour, artist, and guests.

All ticket sales are final, there will be no refunds. If you bought your tickets through Ticketmaster, you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account. Click here to find out more. 

If you have a third-party ticket, get in contact with your original point of purchase to change ownership. If you’re a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP, touch base with your contact and they’ll talk to us about any changes.

If your show was canceled or moved by more than two hours you can get a refund. Head to www.livenation.com/refund for the full info.

If the doors are open, so is will call. Make sure to bring a photo ID and the credit card you used to buy the tickets. If you have a meet and greet check-in time, you can also pick them up then. Even if you’re on the artist’s guestlist, you’ll need to wait until door time.

Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.

This is a non-smoking facility. A smoking area is located outside of the lobby for attendees.

It all depends on the show. You can see the minimum age for each event on our online calendar. If no age is given, anyone can come. Please check the events listing or contact the box office with any questions. Also, please make sure your kids have ear protection.
